What Caused The Bridge Collapse?

20 years of cuts:
20 years of tax cuts.
20 years of corner cuts.

I wonder if the Bush-voting Puke in the new Mercedes at the bottom of the Mississippi tonight still thinks those tax cuts, and the subsequent cuts in maintenance budgets, were such a really good idea? He can discuss it with the fish I guess.
