Any Way You Look At It, You Lose...

The Single Most Vital Question For The (Democrat) Candidates: What Are Your Plans To Restore Constitutional Democracy In the US of A?

I am told that some folks (kinda timidly) tried to ask something similar of the Candidate/Visitors to Y-Kos, and and only Chris Dodd provided convincing answers (which, if true, is yet ANOTHER reason he's a long-shot?)(h/t, Lambert, Correntewire).

There might be several reasons for this apparent oversight:

1. They have no plan because they see no NEED for one, there being nothing sufficiently amiss to require such a 'plan.'
2. They can conceive of no plan by which to restore Constitutional Government, because the Bushevik 'coup d' Loi' has been irreversible.
   
3. They have a plan, but need to keep it quiet to prevent it its being co-opted by the Right..
   
4. They see no need for such a plan, because they DON'T PLAN TO RETURN THE USofA to a Constitutional, democratic republic.

As Paul Simon told Mrs. Robinson: "Any way you look at it, you lose."
