Does the Chimp Call MSHA's Dick Stickler "Sticky"?

This is a guy whose record is so tainted with conflicts of interest and ties to the industry he was appointed to regulate that his nomination couldn't even get through even a GOPuke Congress.

So the Chimp-in-Chief made him a recess appointee.

"Sicky" is the MSHA what "Brownie" was to FEMA....with fewer casualties.

Great Job, Sticky!!!!
