The First 100 Days

Barack Obama seems to be heading for a victory in the election next week.

Since FDR assumed the reins of Govt in 1932 and used his "First Hundred Days" to launch the New Deal, it has become almost a cliche to discuss every new President's "First Hundred Days" as the best--or perhaps her/his ONLY--chance to create an agenda.

So, the question:
If you were in the circle of close advisors to a newly elected President Obama, what FIVE measures would you want (or, alternatively, recommend) him to adopt or press for in his "First Hundred Days" following Jan 20, 2009?
